Question by sherry: Would a garment steamer work well with cotton men shirts?

Hi,

I was thinking of buying an iron or a garment steamer but a garment steamer’s advantage of fast ironing is a real plus point for me. However my husband has many shirts and I want to know if it can replace the iron to some extend? I’ve heard collars and shoulders may not come out well? Does this mean it is not well pressed or it won’t take wrinkles off shirts? PLease advice.

It will remove wrinkles but probably won,t give you that sharp edge that mens shirts are suppose to have
